I recently played through the demo for Pine Hearts, a cute little cozy puzzle platformer from Hyper Luminal Games. You play as a hiker re-exploring the trail he walked with his father as a child, solving puzzles, helping other campers and hikers, and collecting memories. It was short, sweet, and to the point while still being heartfelt and fun. The demo is available for free on Steam, so I highly recommend getting a taste of the mechanics and vibe before the full release.

I am not good at FPS games. I never have been - my aim is bad and I tend to get frustrated by multiple deaths. I am, however, a massive fan of retro-style games with fantasy aspects, so when I was offered the chance to review Wizordum from Emberheart Games, I cautiously said yes. I'm so glad I did! I'm still not good at FPS games, but I thoroughly enjoyed the atmosphere and style of Wizordum and will happily play it over and over again.

She firmly believes that actors and crew for productions deserve fair working conditions and compensation. I am not a horror game kind of person. Don't get me wrong, I love a good story and psychological thriller, but jumpscares are something my heart just cannot handle.

Opinion Gaming Youtuber and coffee entrepreneur Sean McLoughlin, best known as Jacksepticeye, continues his annual tradition of holding a holiday livestream to raise money for charity. This eight-hour livestream, lovingly dubbed Thankmas, has been a tradition for Sean and his community for five years. The point is to support important causes by live streaming, usually on YouTube and Twitch. Sean participates in the entire production, organizing and advertising it for weeks in advance.
