DiscussionThis observational analysis shows that the main characteristics of all 140 individuals with mpox in our series reflect multiple facets of other international cohorts in this current outbreak [1,2,3,4,18,22]. Firstly, sexual transmission was most frequent, even though we cannot exclude the possibility of other ways of contracting the disease.
