Chicken salad is one of those ubiquitous things that, while everyone loves it, each person has an opinion on what makes the best version. In this household, there are some STRONG opinions. Shredded versus chopped? Pickle relish or celery? Fruit? Nuts? And, of course, which mayonnaise? Okay, that really isn’t up for discussion in this family—we’re Duke’s all the way!For those that can’t agree, there’s a new referee in town. And the ref’s name is Chicken Salad Chick.

We change jobs, we start driving to work a different way, we rearrange our furniture, or we come up with a new way to serve up last night’s leftovers. But sometimes, reinvention is bigger than that. Sometimes it’s life-changing. And sometimes it changes the lives of others.

500-plus copies of CAROLINA'S RING just arrived at Seldon Scene with a thud, just in time for the FEB 15 launch party at Beaufort's Pat Conroy Literary Center and followed by more than a dozen events in the Carolinas and Virginia. We're psyched here at Seldon Ink! https://t.co/69Hw1p9909
