But we wanted to find out which were the cheapest ones for the weekends. This is when most people are off work and out and about, so it would be so much easier if you knew where the cheapest places to park are near your destination. Certain car parks are not included in the list as they are only available for customers from certain shops or hotels.

The latest hotspots for Japanese knotweed in Suffolk have been revealed (Image: Environet) The latest hotspots for Japanese knotweed in Suffolk have been revealed. Japanese knotweed can grow up to four inches a day and forms dense thickets which can kill native plant species. As it is now spring this can grow at a rate of 10cm a day and is at its most visible between February and November. Data from Environet shows which areas are currently having a break out of the species.

Briarbank's spring beer festival is returning for the Easter bank holiday (Image: Will Green Photography) A spring beer and cider festival is returning in Ipswich this Easter. Preparations are well underway for Briarbank's 2025 spring beer festival. It will be taking place between Wednesday, April 16 and Monday, April 21 during their usual opening hours and in the Briarbank outside marquee near the Waterfront.

A road is closed for the second time in a month after a burst water main (Image: Kristina Selleck) A town road has been forced to close after water has started to bubble up and caused it to flood. Duddery Hill in Haverhill has been closed following the incident. Anglia Water are at the scene and are working to fix the issue which has caused the road to become partially submerged underwater.

Police have been notified of youths throwing stones at swans in Sudbury (Image: Sudbury and Haverhill Police) Action has been taken after young people were spotted throwing stones at swans. Officers in Sudbury were made aware of recent posts on Facebook of birds being targeted at The Croft. With help from the community, Suffolk police have identified three youths who have been spoken to regarding their actions.
