Arctic front may bring cold bast, snow, icy travel

Following a milder regime early this week, Mother Nature has one more twist in the plot before a more sustainable warm period begins. An Arctic front with roots in northern Canada is set to bring beneficial rain, a flash freeze, snow and bitter cold temperatures during the midweek. Rainfall and even snow has been scarce east of the Allegheny Front but the warm front Monday triggered needed showers and so will the next Arctic front on Wednesday.
