A powerful low pressure churning across the Ohio Valley will trigger heavy rain and flooding in Western Maryland and the Potomac Highlands on Friday. Coming on the heels of the wettest May since 1975 (in Cumberland), only 1-2 inches of rain is needed to trigger flooding in six hours across the area. This is the amount of rain expected across the entire Potomac Highlands through late tonight. kAm|6CC:== D2JD DEC62>D 2?5 4C66<D H:== 364@>6 DH@==6?
