Jordan letting us know they were working on a vampire flick. Fast forward a year later and now the highly anticipated Sinners is here — and boy, was it worth the wait.

There are so many people to thank for the many comic book films that have been created over the span of two decades. Some were simple introductions to characters that we already know and love, while others were so mind blowing that we can’t even believe we got to see them take place on screen. Prime example would be seeing Hugh Jackman team up with Ryan Reynolds in Deadpool & Wolverine after social media quite literally begged for it to happen.

It was recently announced that a lot of major companies would be scaling back on their diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives following President Donald Trump’s implementation of orders that target those sectors.

Everyone can remember imaginary characters that they grew up thinking were real, from Santa Claus to the Tooth Fairy. Oftentimes, some of us have a fun story of when we ultimately discovered they were not real. No matter the case, we had fun pretending they were and made some great memories with those characters as toys or on TV during our childhood. Unicorns have been gaining some attention as of late, with two films in the last year possibly leading to that (both made it onto our list).
