Results and DiscussionUV spectra of the solutions of albendazole in the mixture of acetic acid and ethanol (1:19, 0.1 mg/mL) and cyclodextrins in water (1 mg/mL) were recorded from 200 nm to 400 nm, and the maximum absorption of albendazole at 295 nm was observed. Cyclodextrins have no UV absorption around this wavelength, and 295 nm was selected for a HPLC analysis of albendazole.
