Spring weather continues for the final full week in April around southeast Minnesota. A few sprinkles may linger early this morning, but for most of the day we have winds out of the northwest keeping highs in the low 50s. A few showers will be possible for Tuesday, but mostly we are tracking a gradual warm-up into the 60s for southeast Minnesota. Wednesday looks even warmer, with highs getting up near 70°.

Spring showers will be frequent through the Northland this week, and a few of them, especially early on, may have a wet flake mixing in. Monday, we'll see showers off and on through a breezy day around the region, with highs topping out in the 50s by afternoon. We'll have a break in the showers by nightfall, but they'll pick back up Tuesday afternoon and evening.

We continue to track an active stretch of spring weather as we head through the end of the weekend. Temperatures will remain rather seasonable, in the mid-50s today, but we have overcast skies for much of the day. By the afternoon, we are tracking the chance for showers to slide up from northern Iowa, and that will bring in the chance for light rain through much of the night as well. A few showers may linger overnight, but through the day on Monday we will briefly dry out.

To wrap up the weekend today, we will warm up a little, and winds will also remain calm today. Along the shores of Lake Superior, highs remain in the low 50s for most, while further inland highs look to get to the upper 50s for much of the Arrowhead. Tonight, a few sprinkles and showers will slide into parts of the region, but heading to Monday morning, the bulk of the showers remain further east, as temperatures will stay pretty similar to today.

After showers moved through at the end of the week, we will start off teh weekend by drying out today. Sunshine looks to be abundant through the day, and with winds remaining light, highs get well into the 50s for the afternoon. Tonight could be a touch on the chilly side, as lows do drop back into the 30s, but we will warm right back up for Sunday. Through most of Sunday morning, we have increasing clouds, but still some sun shining through.

Another beautiful day around the region to wrap up the weekend. A few clouds will slide by, but highs will stay in the 40s for most, before a north breeze picking up this afternoon will bring in one cool day to start the week. #ndwx #mnwx https://t.co/ZiLB8auBXF
