The unitary authority approved the release off the cash from the special expenses reserve of its High Wycombe Town Committee. The extra funding for Wycombe could include £250,000 on the maintenance and improvements of public areas and £40,000 on ‘support for community assets’.

Improvements will be made to the Blenheim Pavilion at Cliveden House in Taplow on the bank of the River Thames. Education, health and care plans (EHCPs) are legal documents created by councils setting out the needs of a child or young person with special educational needs (SEN) in their educational setting. Where a plan is appropriate for a child, a local authority must create it within a strict 20-week timescale.
