Child suffers facial burns after aerosol canister explodes in his face (Image: Newsquest) A child suffered facial burns during an incident involving a fire and an aerosol canister. Firefighters from Wantage Fire Station were called to the incident on Monday, April 14, in which a canister had exploded in the face of the boy. Oxfordshire Fire and Rescue said this caused burn injuries to his face.

Tom Scriven-Ball, aged 20, drove his car while over the prescribed alcohol limit. Dashcam footage released by Thames Valley Police shows him swerving across the road and overtaking on bends in his white Citroën.

The caravan was found after seven years (Image: Thames Valley Police) A caravan that was stolen seven years ago has been found in an Oxfordshire town. Officers from the Thames Valley Police Rural Crime Taskforce unit identified the the Bailey Unicorn caravan in Bicester on Tuesday night. The caravan was stolen from the Abingdon area in 2018 and was found due to information from the Central Registration and Identification Scheme.

Dozens of offences dealt with as vehicles pulled over in road safety checks (Image: Thames Valley Police) Dozens of offences were identified and dealt with as police pulled over vehicles as part of road safety checks. Thames Valley Police Roads Policing carried out the checks yesterday (April 16), concentrating on 'drivers and vehicles that put people at risk'. The checks found that just three out of the 18 vehicles that were stopped were 'all in order'.
