The Supreme Court on Sunday ruled that the toddler Sophia, who was born following an embryo implantation mistake, will remain with the parents who gave birth to her and not be returned to her genetic parents. The court rejected an appeal by the genetic parents against a district court ruling that had ordered the child to remain with her birth parents.

עצם העובדה שראש ממשלה נמנע ממסירת תצהיר עדות לבימ"ש בגלל החשש שיתפס בעדות שקר, הוא דבר הזוי שמתקבל די בשוויון נפש

למי שעוד לא הבין: המאבק הערכי, ובמידה רבה גם המשפטי, הוא כבר לא רק נגד הדחת רונן בר בהליך לא תקין בזמן חקירה. הוא גם, ובעצם כבר בעיקר, שהאדם שיחליף את בר יהיה ראוי, וימונה בהליך תקין. כזה שמסוגל לעמוד בפני הדרישות של ראש ממשלה שמבקש לגייס את שב"כ לצרכיו הפרטיים, כמו בדיקטטורה
