WINDHAM — Windham Parks and Recreation Director Cheryl Haas is always willing to hear an idea for a program or event, especially from a child. In the summer of 2022, Windham resident Justin Sudati, then age 7, suggested to “Miss Cheryl” that she should do a “Superheroes Camp” and he had all sorts of ideas for it. While some may have thought that it was forgotten by Miss Cheryl, that was not the case. Miss Cheryl started to think of ideas of how to make it work.
