Chiara Testoni (Reggio Emilia, 1974) graduated with honors from the Liceo Classico 'L. Ariosto' in RE in 1992. She graduated in Architecture with a thesis in architectural design, with honors, at the University of Ferrara in 1999. She obtained the title of PhD in Architectural Technology at the University of Ferrara in 2015. In her professional activity she deals mainly with project management of public works. She constantly carries out publication activities of articles and essays on national and international journals. Source
