As a college student in 2011, she started a lifestyle blog about fitness, wellness, and beauty called the Skinny Confidential. She’s since scaled it into a beauty brand that sells products including caffeinated sunscreen, a de-puffing ice roller, pink lip-shaped mouth tape, and PFA-free toilet paper. Bosstick also launched the Skinny Confidential podcast, called Him & Her, with her husband, Michael.

Every year, we can expect at least one beauty theme to pop up, from bold blush to lace veils and this year, with the theme, “Superfine: Tailoring Black Style” and its heavy focus on tailoring and masculine styling, it seems like everyone had the same idea: swoops.

Every season, the event’s dress code and theme expands onto the rug itself, unfurling for us to judge along with the attendees. This year, the theme, “Superfine: Tailoring Black Style,” welcomed a blue carpet accented with flowers — white and yellow daffodils.
