Seven new musical acts have been announced for the Vina Robles Amphitheatre and the California Mid-State Fair this summer, adding to the list of performers coming to the two Paso Robles venues. At Vina Robles, reggae icon Ziggy Marley will perform alongside Burning Spear in October, with Michael Franti & Spearhead bringing more reggae in August. Country music star Lee Brice will take the stage in August, and rock bands Primus and Social Distortion will perform in July and June, respectively.

At its March 11 meeting, the San Luis Obispo County Board of Supervisors approved a five-year facilities and infrastructure plan that includes 78 projects with a total estimated cost of $689 million.
