Swindon: Robert Gillespie, 54, of Clive Parade, Pinehurst, has been jailed for 11 shoplifting offences racking up a haul of over £2,200 after targeting Co-op and Tesco in town. The spate of offences began on March 26, with the most recent occurring on June 7, when the 54-year-old shoplifted various laundry, health and household products along with alcohol and meat. The total value of stolen goods amounted to £2,238.81.
