On April 1, during a Capitol Hill hearing held to investigate alleged government censorship during the Biden administration, Sydney Kamlager-Dove, the House Foreign Affairs Subcommittee’s ranking Democrat, called GOP witness, veteran journalist Matt Taibbi, a "serial sexual harasser. Watching a video clip of J.D. Vance in Greenland last week—in which he justified his boss’ effort to control the island by saying, "We can't just ignore the president's desires”—a small plume of smoke went up in my head. Trump’s a guy with desires, many dark and self-centered. The message I got was that the GOP leadership’s now open about declaring that job one is catering to the whims of a megalomaniac rather than the will of the people.

Grooming gangs now being debated in UK Parliament? I wrote about them for Splice Today back in 2018. @MUGGER2023 https://t.co/Ys3IrnpH0i

Lib Dem MP Tessa Munt is furious that Katie Lam brought up one of the most terrible examples of child abuse in UK history... during a debate on child abuse. This mention of the grooming gangs apparently makes her "blood boil" (but not the fact that it happened) This is monstrous https://t.co/9MG6pPxekR

Writing for Splice Today, how I came close to getting stomped by the Hells Angels. @MUGGER2023 https://t.co/bgk66KpeiN
