New Castle County police said the scene unfolded Tuesday evening around 7:15 in the 500 block of Gender Road in Newark, DE. That's where it was reported that a mother's 3-year-old daughter, Nola Dinkins, was abducted at gunpoint by an unknown white male, approximately in his mid-40s, bald with peach fuzz.
