OMG the bag arrived! Never have I been so happy to see my stuff. Nothing costs a ton. But a lot of the things I wear, especially accessories and jewelry, carry emotional memories.

I called American baggage in Newark and got the name and phone number of the local courier. Turns out that #wheresmysuitcase is just the app. The actual delivery service is another party. The bag is allegedly going to be here today. I'm tracking it to see.

So @AmericanAir, we're not completely done. Your courier service #wheresmysuitcase says they delivered the bag but it is not here. No customer service # to call.
