For almost 20 years, Phyllis Speer of Buffalo City has co-hosted the television program “Arkansas Outdoors and Hunting” on AETN alongside John Philpot. Known for her work in education, Speer is also a hunter/angler and a member of the Arkansas Game and Fish Commission’s Hall of Fame.
