The energy was high, and the vibes were impeccable last night as St. Pete Pride officially kicked off the 2025 Pride season with its annual Pride Kickoff Party. Held in the Grand Central District of St. Petersburg, the evening brought together community leaders, performers, and partygoers from all across the region to launch what’s sure to be another unforgettable Pride season. The stage was on fire, literally and figuratively, thanks to electrifying performances from local performers.

Pride & Passion returned to the Tampa Museum of Art last night with style, sparkle, and purpose, offering a glamorous and heartfelt kickoff to Tampa Bay’s Pride season. More than just a celebration, the event supports the museum’s Art Space and Connections programs, which use art to foster healing, creativity, and connection for individuals navigating mental health challenges, trauma, or other emotional concerns.

The day began with the Tampa Pride Street Festival at 11 a.m., where attendees explored a vibrant artisan fair and a diverse lineup of community vendors, food trucks, and nonprofit organizations. Participating groups included Spread Spencer’s Sparkle, Crisis Center of Tampa Bay, St. Pete Pride, the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention, ICG Foundation, and CAN Community Health, which offered on-site HIV and STD Testing.

On March 1st, Pride @ The Village returned to Studios @ 5663, after a year-long hiatus, transforming the space into a vibrant community, advocacy, and celebration festival. The outdoor area was lined with arts and crafts vendors, food, and a diverse lineup of community organizations. Inside, there were local artist studios, two kids’ story times, and a legendary drag performance.
