The West Scranton graduate picked up two wins in the 197-pound weight class Friday at the NCAA Division 3 Wrestling National Championships in Rhode Island. Butka, the No. 2 seed, opened his day with an 8-2 win over Mount Union’s Bryce McCloskey where he took down his opponent twice in the second period and got two points in the third with an escape and riding-time advantage.
