You may have seen a Rivian van delivering Amazon packages or running errands around town, but you probably didn’t know that the automaker sold more of them than Ford’s electric E-Transit or the new Chevrolet Brightdrop van. Rivian moved 13,423 vans last year, a 66-percent boost over 2023’s 8,091 units. Ford only moved 12,610 E-Transits, and there were only 1,529 Brightdrops sold last year.

Back in 2022, Tesla CEO Elon Musk had accumulated so much Twitter stock that he held more than five percent of the company’s stock. Stellantis recently had to delay the launches of new EVs from Jeep and Dodge due to software problems. The automaker appears to have squashed whatever bugs it found, however, as the first shipment of Dodge Charger Daytonas and Jeep Wagoneer S EVs are on their way to dealers' lots, though the earliest arrivals will be from Dodge.
