Part of why from team-building / $ issue it's not advisable to pick TE in RD1 (early especially)-- there's a very minor difference between RD1 rookie deal and top of vet market. Warren's $20.96M fully gtd is 10th-most among TEs. Colston Loveland's $26.64M figure is 6th highest.
