After finishing 10-2 with a run to the sectional finals last season, Phillipsburg has picked up right where it left off this fall. The Stateliners come into Friday’s matchup against Ridge with a 2-0 record after shutting out previously undefeated Hunterdon Central 35-0 last Friday – and that win came on the heels of a convincing 44-17 win over Westfield to kick off the season.
