To expand on the article a little bit more. The reason the Bill's and KC can turn over their roster so much and stay young and competitive, because they have their elite top 5 QB. Once you Dak the QB spot you are mediocre at best.

Who started the theory that being younger than other teams is a good thing? Because it's not. How often does the #NFL's oldest team miss the playoffs? 1x maybe 2x the last decade? The #49ers don't need to get younger (& they haven't since Lynch said so) They need to get better.
