Happy Soft Taco Day!Trimmer than the burrito, without the spiny snap of the hard-shelled taco, the warm, chewy soft taco is sure to bring smiles to anyone who has the pleasure of finding one on their plate. The word 'taco' roughly translates into 'light lunch' and first began as a snack for miners. Back then, they weren't even served on shells, but on a thin layer of paper wrapped in gunpowder.
