This, according to PJM, the organization that manages the power grid for 13 states across the mid-Atlantic and the nation’s capital. In a letter to the New Jersey congressional delegation this week obtained by The Center Square, PJM said that forces beyond its control – including decarbonization efforts and wholesale electricity prices – are driving the reality.
