By CHRISTIANA LOT, Jos –Troops of the 3 Division, Nigerian Army, and Operation Safe Haven (OpSH) maintaining peace in Plateau State have successfully rescued 18 kidnapped victims and reunited them with their families across Plateau, Zamfara, and Taraba States. The operation also led to the neutralization of suspected bandits in the affected areas.
