To the Editor: We are writing this letter to express our heartfelt gratitude to the Ridgefield community and to the Republican Town Committee, for all your support during this past election. Thank you for attending our coffee chats, sharing your thoughts/concerns, and asking tough questions that helped us understand the priorities of Ridgefield parents. Your endorsement letters, emails, texts and kind words of encouragement all helped us get to the finish line.

To the Editor: I’m running for the Ridgefield Board of Education because I’m a parent and a teacher, and believe both perspectives are vital for an effective Board of Ed. Nothing is more important than supporting our children, and after the unprecedented pandemic, they need us now more than ever. I recently retired from teaching in June 2021, after 26 years in the classroom in special education at the elementary level.
