Abstract Aim To investigate the impact of hypoglycaemia, hyperglycaemia and glycaemic variability on arrhythmia susceptibility in people with type 1 diabetes. Materials and Methods Thirty adults with type 1 diabetes were included in a 12-month observational exploratory study.
