The third time was a charm for Legacy’s Andre Perez and Midland High’s Marisa Stewart at the Region I-6A Tennis Tournament in McKinney. Stewart and Perez, both juniors, were making their third appearance at the regional tournament on Wednesday and Thursday at the Courts of McKinney, but this time they finally broke through with a state tournament bid.
