The International Rare Disease Research Consortium convened a global Task Force to bridge the gap in diagnosing Indigenous rare diseases, and identify solutions to tackle the health inequity faced by Indigenous people.

1 IntroductionAdverse Drug Reaction (ADR), mainly refers to a harmful reaction unrelated to the purpose of the medication caused by a qualified drug in normal dosage (Edwards and Aronson, 2000). Since the 1950s, the number of new drugs in the world has increased dramatically, and there are tens of thousands of drug varieties. With the increase in the variety of drugs, the probability of adverse drug events has also increased dramatically.
