The Patriots have started the post-draft process of adding to their roster. Here’s a list of players who have agreed to sign either tryout or undrafted free agent deals: Offensive lineman Jack Conley: The 6-foot-7-inch, 325-pounder is a massive presence who started 12 games at right guard for Boston College last season.
