1. IntroductionSince 2004, the Chinese government has consistently issued a series of policy documents focused on the “Three Rural Issues”, progressively enhancing the policy framework for rural revitalization [1,2]. Suburban villages, as key components in integrated urban–rural development, exhibit distinct differences in their land use structures, industrial transformations, and spatial evolutions driven by these policies [3].
