WHAT IS THE CURRENT KNOWLEDGE ON THE TOPIC? Intranasal insulin has significant potential as a neuroprotective drug after cardiac arrest and other conditions. Intranasal application is fast and has been shown to be safe at lower doses. WHAT QUESTION DID THIS STUDY ADDRESS? This study demonstrated the safety and tolerability of intranasal insulin in healthy participants at doses up to 1000 U using an adaptive dose design. WHAT DOES THIS STUDY ADD TO OUR KNOWLEDGE?

She’s a senior, hoping to be a vet one day and I’m so grateful to be alive to watch her grow into such an independent, compassionate young lady.
