Grieving the people, the land, the animals, the water, the air, and the plants affected by what was preventable. We need Indigenous traditional stewardship now.
Effective, useful and free public transportation instead of cars is the solution.
This is so maddening and heartbreaking- I’m not sure from a policy standpoint what the fix is. DWI 5 was in 2015, do we want to provide a path back into society and driving again or do we want to say after #5 you never get a license again? I truly don’t know the best path here.
