Sometimes, you find a game that constantly keeps you on your toes. Usually, it would be defeating challenging enemies and bosses from the Souls series made by FromSoftware or replaying levels multiple times in a brutal platformer like Super Meat Boy. But then you find a game that makes you want to perfect your skills in the hopes that you can earn some personal recognition for all the hard work that you put into it. I am talking about Splodey, from Send It Studios.

Or look at the : Why does District 40 now reach in and grab all of Miamisburg, deep inside District 37? It’s because these were the best ways to rig the maps and maximize seats for the politicians in charge of the redistricting process.

Before I begin, I have a confession: I don't have a ton of experience playing boomer shooters. While I have always been a fan of shooters, first and third-person, I never stepped out of my comfort zone to find a boomer shooter that I would enjoy. But not too long ago I tried Supplice on PC and started to understand why this shooter sub-genre is starting to make a prominent re-appearance in the gaming industry.

Xbox's summer showcase has officially happened. So how did our SUPERJUMP writers do with their picks? Surprisingly, we got quite a few predictions correct on this event. Coming out of the show, it felt like we got a clear idea of what Xbox will release in the next year or so by revealing titles about which we all wanted more information. Around twenty-seven games were shown with eleven first-party games getting announced.

But it's how the game developers make them that keeps it engaging for the player.Certain rogue-lites like Hades and Returnal are developed in such a way that keeps players coming back for more. Their descriptive stories and vibrant worlds allow players to keep playing them in order to have a successful run.
