On 14 March 2023 the Parker Review Committee published an update report, Improving the Ethnic Diversity of UK business. The report notes progress against the Parker Review’s ‘one by 2021’ and ‘one by 2024’ boardroom ethnic diversity targets for the FTSE 100 and FTSE 250 respectively. As at the end of 2022:The FTSE 100 were still falling short, with 96% of FTSE 100 companies having at least one minority ethnic director.
