Equitable, non-biased hiring. Wrong. “Blinding” — deleting the information that makes a person unique (i.e., ethnicity, religion, sorority membership, veteran status) so a recruiter or hiring manager only sees the essentials on a resume — does not guarantee equitable outcomes.
