The Dragon Quest 1 and 2 HD-2D Remake has now got an official release date, along with a slew of beautiful screenshots and some pre-order and collector’s edition goodies to boot!As well as the release date, publisher Square Enix has also confirmed that the Dragon Quest 1 and 2 HD-2D Remake will be coming to Nintendo Switch 2 as well as PC, PS5, Xbox Series X/S and the original Switch.

But being from a dataminer (who has gotten information correct in the past), we must take it with a fistful of salt, but it's an injustice how long it's been since the last game, with Injustice 2 having launched back in 2017, so we'll take what we can get at this point. There was the 2021 film, Injustice, too, but it has been a long wait for superhero-fighting fans with itchy fingers, save for the brief time gamers had with MultiVersus.

But those are settings used in broad strokes system-wide, the new specific feature for Game Chat is text-to-speech, as described by @OatmealDome on X (formerly Twitter) and spotted by VGC, which allows players to type messages and have them read out by the console. As OatmealDome points out, the original Switch supported external keyboards, so it's safe to assume that the Switch 2 will do so too.

It’s not just dubious non-canon malarkey, though, as a new Star Wars TV show had a premiere in Fortnite, and it can still be watched on a special island!Perfect if you’re itching for more Star Wars as you wait for the next episodes of Andor season 2.
