    Wall Street is about to open a new chapter in one of the most eventful months in years. Futures are set to open at 6 p.m. ET following a whirlwind week in which the Dow posted its biggest point gain ever and bonds had their worst week since 2001. Major stock indexes rose about 5% despite raucous trading sessions that more than once appeared headed toward marketwide downside trading halts.
