A federal judge has denied, for a second time, Marilyn Mosby's request to modify her home detention. Judge Lydia Kay Griggsby denied Mosby's request to replace home detention with a curfew due to questions surrounding the former top prosecutor's job. Mosby and her defense team previously told the court and her probation agent that she had been hired to serve as the Director of Global Strategic Planning at an undisclosed California-based company.

A mother has been sentenced for her involvement in her son's shooting at a Baltimore high school. Tiffany Harrison has been sentenced to three years, suspending all but time served, and three years of probation, according to the State's Attorney's Office. This is in addition to parenting classes.

The Baltimore Orioles partnered with MedStar Health and the American Red Cross for a Pitch in Blood Drive on Tuesday. Blood collected will be used in the days and weeks to come. Detectives from the Harford County Sheriff's Office (HCSO) are looking for victims of a home improvement contractor theft scheme. 33-year-old David Anthony Desell, of Bel Air, has been charged for preying on senior citizens in Harford County. Desell was charged with 12 criminal counts in connection to his false representation as a home improvement contractor.
