The Iowa Board of Regents will vote next month whether to raise tuition 3% at the University of Iowa and Iowa State University and 2.7% at UNI. If the Regents approve the tuition hikes, it would bring the total cost of attendance, including room and board, to more than $29,000 at Iowa, $25,000 at ISU, and $24,000 at UNI.
