Conor brings over two decades of tax experience gained from working at a range of firms including Magic Circle and Big Four firms.  This has allowed Conor to develop a broad practice with a wide range of experience across both corporate and real estate tax matters.  Acting for a range of clients from start-ups to listed companies, he regularly advises on the tax aspects of mergers and acquisitions, disposals, joint ventures and reorganisations.
