    Adults can be waiting up to two-and-a-half years to have an assessment for ADHD in Leicestershire, a local NHS Trust has said. The Leicestershire Partnerships NHS Trust has confirmed that the waiting times for both children and adults from the initial GP referral to the start of their assessment after being approached by LeicestershireLive. According to the Trust, there is "unprecedented demand" following the coronavirus pandemic, leading to increased wait times spanning at least two years.
