The family of a Farmington man who was shot and killed by police recently lost their battle in court. Body camera footage shows police confused when they arrive at Robert Dotson's address by mistake in April 2023. Seconds after realizing their mistake, Dotson answered the door armed with a gun and pointed it at them. Immediately, police opened fire.Dotson's family filed a wrongful death lawsuit against the city and the three officers.
