On Wednesday, the Public Service Company of New Mexico (PNM) was out preparing for the strong incoming winds forecast for Thursday. In the morning, a crew was at the intersection of Central and Western Skies working on upgrading a transformer."We know people need electricity," Lee Moraga, a PNM lineman, said. "We need it ourselves."Lee says their top priority is safety. Lee has been a lineman for seven years and acknowledges the difficulty of his job."There's a lot that goes into that," Lee said.
