    Preliminary autopsy results are back for a Saturday shooting in Waite Park. The shooting took place at roughly 2:15 p.m. Saturday in a home in the 200 block of 10th Avenue North, according to the release. Two officers were across the street when gunshots were heard and informed dispatch of the gunshots.

    An independent audit of the Sauk Rapids Police Department's body camera use and policies came back with flying colors, and in compliance with Minnesota Statutes. The audit, performed by Lynn Lembcke Consulting, found the department in compliance of every category under review, ranging from data retention to public comment, to camera use, according to the independent audit report. Sauk Rapids was found in compliance of keeping body camera footage for at least 90 days, as required by state law.

    An 86-year-old man was sent to Buffalo Hospital Friday afternoon after an accident in South Haven. Shortly before 3 p.m., the man reportedly lost control while driving westbound on Highway 55 in South Haven, according to a Minnesota State Patrol incident report. He allegedly hit a tree after he lost control.

    SARTELL — Workers at a Sartell Starbucks announced on Friday that their efforts to unionize were successful. The store at Highway 15 and Riverside Avenue South is the 14th Minnesota Starbucks location to unionize, according to the announcement. "When we were first hired, Starbucks claimed we were partners, and the majority of us are happy being partners," barista Connor St. Aubin said in a release. "We love working with each other, and the job is pretty fun.

    The St. Cloud Police Department is investigating the death of a young male, according to a search warrant application. Investigators are working to determine the 34-year-old's cause of death. On March 23, investigators found a person dead at his home on the 100 block of 29th Avenue North in St. Cloud, court records state. First responders were called to the scene for a death in progress, and gunshot wounds were reportedly found on both sides of the victim's head.
