Nintendo produced a teaser for a new Mario Kart in lieu of announcing the Nintendo Switch 2 a while back. During the Nintendo DIrect Showcase for the Switch 2, the company provided more information and an official name for the next Mario Kart. Many assumed it was going to be called Mario Kart 9, but Nintendo pulled that rug out from everyone during the showcase. The game will not be called Mario Kart 9, but rather Mario Kart World, and it will launch with the system when that is announced.

Monster Energy Supercross 25 is returning this year, and it will be exclusively on current generation consoles and PC. The official video game of the 2025 Monster Energy Supercross season is still developed by Milestone, and the game will bring a brand new Career Mode to the series. The game will release on April 10 and early access will make the game available on April 7, as the Career Mode looks to be the deepest in the series to date.

Today, Codemasters and EA have released the reveal trailer for F1 25, the official video game of the 2025 Formula One Championship. While the cover athletes were previously announced, little was known for the game outside of offering the 2025 F1 teams, drivers and tracks. Well, everyone thought they knew the tracks, but turns out there is a caveat coming to the game in 2025. Reverse Tracks look to apparently be in the game, albeit this hasn't been confirmed.

Codemasters has officially announced its next Formula One video game, F1 25. More information will be available on Thursday as the first trailer will release on YouTube. However, cover athletes for this year's game have been announced over the last two days. Lewis Hamilton's move to Ferrari is possibly the biggest move for any driver since Sebastian Vettel moved to the prancing horse just under ten years ago.

The game that grew quite the following over multiple years and spanning multiple platform generations has a sequel. That sequel is now in Early Access on Steam as players can get their hands on Wreckfest 2 today. THQ Nordic is stating that there won't be a ton of content in Early Access, but the game is launching at an introductory price of $29.99. This 20% discount will last for two weeks until April 3. The full game will eventually be available for both PC and consoles.
MLB The Show 25 Road to the Show Shines in Review

San Diego Studios is celebrating the 20th Anniversary of MLB The Show this year. MLB The Show 25 is also relieving the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One of its duties by making the game prioritized on current-generation consoles (outside of the Nintendo Switch version).
