1. Lists are hard. This is a thoughtful, well written list. 2. RUMBLE IN THE BRONX, a movie I like a ton, being the sole representative of 90’s Hong Kong action cinema is categorically insane.

Not first tier but firmly in the upper third at lowest. Not the highest of highs that would put it with the very best but rarely trips over itself and feels mostly like a complete vision. It’s good (non-derogatory).
